The Vial Labeling System is comprised of a Vertical Round Vial Labeling Machine that is equipped with a 600mm Buffer Turntable. This allows for easy changing of the label roll without stopping the upstream equipment. This labeling machine is perfect for labeling various sizes and shapes of vials.

The metering method of the Vial Filling Production Line consists of a Four-channel Longer DPOFLEXTM PFS Precision Peristaltic Pump. This pump is capable of filling volumes ranging from 30µl to 10ml with an accuracy of ±0.5%. Each channel can be set and adjusted independently, making it easy to fill different types of vials. The 7-inch high-definition LCD screen is compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 standards, ensuring that your production line is in compliance with industry regulations.

The capping torque of the Vial Filling Production Line is pre-set on the touch screen (HMI). If the torque is not reached, the servo motor will automatically tighten the cap. When the torque is reached or exceeded, the servo motor will automatically stop capping. This ensures consistent and accurate capping for every vial.

The main body of the filling and capping machine is equipped with a 304 stainless steel frame and tempered glass. This provides a secure and safe environment for your production line.
