The working process of the Vial Bottling Equipment includes Vial Loading on the 600mm Turntable, double-station argon filling twice and liquid filling, double-station automatic stoppering, and detection and rejection station. The half stoppering collection station is also included in the process. Additionally, the products which were frozen drying are loaded on a 600mm turntable, followed by a double-station capping machine that pre-screws the cap and caps it. The customer can also opt for a 600mm labeling buffer turntable and a small round vial vertical labeling machine.
The HMI of the Vial Filling Machine is either Schneider or Siemens, depending on the customer's preference. The machine also features a double station stoppering system, which allows the mechanical arm to suck the rubber stoppers of the two channels respectively with negative pressure and swings 90° to press them on the bottle mouth. The system can complete partial stoppering and full stoppering process requirements as required.
