This production line is suitable for specifications of centrifuge tubes products filling capping and capping. It can be applied to long and thin or light tubes which are easily fall down or unstable while being transported in the production.
2. Technical features.
2.1. Filling plugging and capping machine
2.1.1. Features.
This machine layout is smart and compact which also adopted humanized design in terms of operating habits.
The operation interface is made of colorful LCD touch screen, and the whole machine system is controlled by PLC.
Precise CAM technology to take the cap for capping. The capping unit adopts servo technology to control the capping force. By changing the servo drive output parameters to change the rotate speed,ensures the torque of the screw cap is relatively constant. And the quantitative setting ,quantitative control are made to ensure that the cap is screwed properly on the bottles, and the torque of the cap is reliable and stable.
With the equipment operation monitoring function. The operation condition of the main parts of the machine has a dynamic display on the HMI, which makes the operation state of the machine clear at a glance, easy to operate and maintain. When the machine is in a state of alarm, in addition to the sound and light alarm, the dynamic display alarm position and cause can be displayed on the HMI.
The whole line is made of intelligent control, the upstream and downstream stations running are with interlocking control function.
Most parts are made of stainless steel SUS 304#, aluminum alloy material, etc. and the filling needle made of 316L material(can be plastic if customer need), in line with the pharmaceutical enterprises GMP requirements and other industry products packaging requirements.

2.2. Labeling machine.
PW-T501 (third generation) Labeling Machine adopts the international top high-speed servo Labeling technology, Labeling system, locating system,brushing system, control system,conveyor system as the perfect combination. This makes Perwin Labeling technology more precise and more stable.
2.2.1. Features.
The Labeling system can be monitored through the colorful touch screen.
This Labeling machine is with muti-step speed control system. You can choose the Labeling speed by clicking the speed control function precisely and rapidly.
The Labeling machine is with initial position setting function. However big the Labeling diameter is and whatever length the label might be. You can start setting the initial position on the touch screen or you can input the known parameter directly before running the machine.
The Labeling machine adapts the Labeling delay function. The Labeling position could be adjusted slightly which makes the Labeling quality better.
The Labeling machine adapts the counting function. The product qty could be calculated automatically and this can be seen on the human-computer interface.
The Labeling machine adapts the Labeling qty setting function. You can pre-set the Labeling qty, then the machine stops running after this qty reaches.
The Labeling rolling,pasting system could be adjusted up and down ,left and right. This is good for other dimension Labeling use.
