30ml Liquid Filling Line Cleaning Spray Bottles , Automatic Filling Production Line
1. Brief introduction
This high speed spray bottle filling and capping production line was designed by our own company with automatic bottle unscrambler, 8 filling heads continuously rotary follow-up filling machine, 8 heads rotary adding cap machine and 8 heads rotary capping machine(push type & screw type bottle). Filling and capping are designed in one monoblock machine. This production line stable running speed is around 80 bottles/min.
It is specially designed for 30ml and 75ml screw type and push type bottle arranging filling and capping.
2. Working process:
2.1. Automatic bottle arranging machine
Put the disordered bottles into the storage bin of bottle unscrambler, and the lifting conveyor will send the bottles into mainframe of bottle unscrambler, that is rotary type bottle unscrambler. Firstly, the disordered bottles will be arranged to horizontal condition by specially made turntable rotating. At the outlet of the conveyor, there is soft rotating mechanism continuously sweeping the bottles down to ensure the unobstructed outlet. The bottles will be transferred to bottles sending clamping conveyor belt through special outlet.

2.2.1. Filling
Adopt 8 groups precise Servo drive 316L piston cylinder for rotary type continuously follow-up filling method.
2.2.2. Screw capping & push capping.
A. Adopt automatic cap unscrambler.
B. Cap unscrambler will put the disordered caps in position with right direction.
C. 8 heads cap placing mechanism.
D. 8 heads cap screwing & cap pushing mechanism.
E. Three groups of compact CAM drive the mechanical arm to take, send, and screw caps or push caps automatically.
F. Flexible screw capping mechanism do not damage and make any scratches on the caps.
G. Adopt original technology of precise CAM mechanism for bottle fixing.
H. Servo technology controlling the twisting force of pump head.
I. Detect and reject automatically the defective bottles. (optional function)
