1. Brief introduction

Cell culture media filling machine was designed by our own company with automatic bottle feed in platform, servo drive bottle separating and positioning, bottle transported to aseptic environment, unscrew the bottle cap, filling and capping, shrink sleeve labeling, shrinking, labeling and final packing into box(optional). This production line stable running speed is around 20 bottles/min.

It is specially designed for 30ml, 60ml, 125ml, 500ml and 1000ml square bottles.

2. Working process:

2.1. Bottle feed in platform.

Put the serum bottles onto the platform, and the conveyor will send the bottles to the inlet of filling machine automatically.

2.2. Automatic decapping filing capping machine.

When bottles come to filling area, where there is laminar flow cover above, ensuring totally aseptic environment. Firstly the capping heads will unscrew the bottles for filling, after filling, the caps will be screwed on the bottles again.

2.3. Sleeve labeling.

After capping, the bottles will be transported to another room for sleeve labeling. (Your can choose our automatic sleeve labeling machine, or your can after one worker to do it manually.)

2.4. Shrinking.

After sleeve labeling, we will prepare one thermal shrinking machine. This machine is specially made shrinking machine, which has its cooling system for bottles, so that the sera inside the bottles will not be heated and damaged. Therefore the labels will be successfully labeled on the top of cap without damage the sera. Attention: customer should let supplier know if shrinking room should be constant temperature environment.

2.5. Single side labeling machine.

After shrinking, the bottles will be transported to labeling machine, where the labels will be labeled on one side of the bottle surface. This labeling machine is suitable for all the bottles listed above. (some parts required to change.)

 

3. Technical features.

3.1. Aseptic filling capping machine

 

3.1.1. Features.

 

lThis machine layout is smart and compact which also adopted humanized design in terms of operating habits.

lThe operation interface is made of colorful LCD touch screen, and the whole machine system is controlled by PLC.

lThe capping unit adopts servo technology to cap clockwise and anticlockwise , which can screw the caps off and on automatically from the bottles. By changing the servo drive output parameters to change the rotate speed,ensures the torque of the screw cap is relatively constant. And the quantitative setting ,quantitative control are made to ensure that the cap is unscrewed or screwed, and the torque of the cap is reliable and stable.

lWith the equipment operation monitoring function. The operation condition of the main parts of the machine has a dynamic display on the HMI, which makes the operation state of the machine clear at a glance, easy to operate and maintain. When the machine is in a state of alarm, in addition to the sound and light alarm, the dynamic display alarm position and cause can be displayed on the HMI.

lThe whole line is made of intelligent control, the upstream and downstream stations running are with interlocking control function.

lMost parts are made of stainless steel SUS 304#, aluminum alloy material, etc. and the filling needle made of 316L material, in line with the pharmaceutical enterprises GMP requirements and other industry products packaging requirements.

l100 purification FFU laminar flow hood against GMP requirements is optional.
